Job Summary:  Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is a newly founded team-based, physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in the beautiful area of Gillette, Wyoming. Our company was created to provide prospective healthcare resources to the community and meet the needs of our patient base. To do this effectively, we encourage spending    more time with patients through a    lower daily patient volume. In addition, we are structured to provide a large variety of additional services to patients in-house, including a compounding pharmacy, lab, mental health and social support, exercise and nutrition support, and general primary care. HH&WC offers top-tier technology resources to help achieve these goals and is open to additional resource recommendations pertaining to your specialist field.

We are seeking a compassionate Physician to permanently join our team of Internists, specialists, and other medical staff. Due to increasing demands of more complex patient panels, this position is needed to help provide quality care to the community of Gillette. This position will offer a traditional approach to medicine, along with a DPC model.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnostic Evaluation: Conduct thorough medical evaluations and diagnostic tests to assess hormone levels and identify endocrine disorders in pediatric patients.
  2. Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs of each patient, considering factors such as age, severity of the condition, and potential long-term implications.
  3. Medication Management: Prescribe and manage medications to regulate hormone levels, control symptoms, and prevent complications associated with endocrine disorders.
  4. Patient Education: Educate pediatric patients and their families about the nature of the endocrine disorder, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and self-care strategies to promote optimal health and well-being.
  5. Monitoring and Follow-Up: Monitor patients' progress closely through regular follow-up appointments, diagnostic tests, and adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Provide ongoing support and guidance to patients and families throughout the treatment process.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including pediatricians, nurses, dietitians, psychologists, and other specialists, to coordinate care and address the complex needs of pediatric patients with endocrine disorders.
  7. Research and Education: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in pediatric endocrinology through continuing education, participation in research studies, and contribution to scholarly publications. Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, trainees, and the broader medical community.
Qualifications:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
  • Residency training in Pediatrics
  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Endocrinology
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Endocrinology
  • State medical license and DEA registration
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric endocrine disorders

Benefits and Compensation:
  • Salary:  HH&WC offers a highly competitive, negotiated base salary with additional incentive opportunities in the fields of hyperbaric medicine, regenerative research, and more.
  • Sign-On Bonus:  $130, 000. $30,000 after start and $100,000 over 3 years
  • Relocation: $20,000 after start
  • Health Insurance: Employer-sponsored health insurance, including a low-deductible health plan through Cigna, Vision, and Dental. Premiums paid by the company, $250 ind or $500 family deductible, and low out of pocket!
  • Additional Insurance: Large employer monthly allotment for Disability, Life insurances, Cancer coverage, Accident policies, Hospital Indemnity coverage, and more through multiple supplemental companies.
  • Retirement: 8% matched 401(k).
  • PTO & leave: 6 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, 7 days sick
  • Continuing or Additional Education: $5,000/ 5 Days
