Job Summary: Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is a newly founded team-based, physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in the beautiful area of Gillette, Wyoming. Our company was created to provide prospective healthcare resources to the community and meet the needs of our patient base. To do this effectively, we encourage spending more time with patients through a lower daily patient volume. In addition, we are structured to provide a large variety of additional services to patients in-house, including a compounding pharmacy, lab, mental health and social support, exercise and nutrition support, and general primary care. HH&WC offers top-tier technology resources to help achieve these goals and is open to additional resource recommendations pertaining to your specialist field.
The Radiologist Generalist will be responsible for interpreting a wide range of imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic modalities. The radiologist will work with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to assist in diagnosing and managing patient conditions. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and adaptability in handling various imaging cases are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpretation of Imaging Studies:
- Analyze and interpret general imaging studies across multiple modalities (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, etc.).
- Provide detailed diagnostic reports and communicate findings to referring physicians.
- Patient Care:
- Assist physicians and other healthcare providers in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases based on imaging results.
- Occasionally interact with patients to explain imaging procedures, if necessary.
- Collaboration with Medical Teams:
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, including oncologists, surgeons, internists, and other specialists.
- Provide real-time consultations during imaging-guided procedures, if needed.
- Diagnostic Accuracy and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure high-quality diagnostic services by adhering to established radiology protocols.
- Participate in quality control programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Procedure Performance (if applicable):
- May perform or assist in interventional procedures such as biopsies, drain placements, or guided injections.
- Continuing Education:
- Stay up to date with the latest radiological techniques, technology, and guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain board certification and fulfill continuing education requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.).
- Completion of a radiology residency program.
- Licensure & Certification:
- Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Valid medical license in the state of practice.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in general radiology modalities (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, etc.).
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings effectively to medical staff.
- Ability to handle high caseloads efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a variety of imaging procedures across multiple disciplines.
- Familiarity with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) and other radiology information systems.
- Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced healthcare environment.

Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary: HH&WC offers a highly competitive, negotiated base salary with additional incentive opportunities in the fields of hyperbaric medicine, regenerative research, and more.
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
- Relocation and Housing Assistance: $20,000
