Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Assistant to join our dynamic
clinical research team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing stem cell biology technologies
translating into therapeutic applications. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious technician to
contribute to cutting-edge research and make a meaningful impact on human health.
Onsite: Gillette, WY 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize protocols for the isolation, culture, and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (adipose and bone marrow)
  • Design and conduct experiments to explore the properties and behavior of stem cells
  • Investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying stem cell self-renewal, differentiation, and reprogramming.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate the therapeutic potential of stem cell-based approaches for various diseases and conditions.
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data using advanced techniques and bioinformatics tools.
  • Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and technological advancements in stem cell
  • research.
  • Contribute to the preparation of research proposals, publications, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and analyses in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or equivalent degree in Biology (Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry), or a related field required. Master's preferred. 
  • Experience in Cell and Gene Therapy translational sciences.
  • Proven expertise in stem cell culture techniques, including mesenchymal, hematopoietic and umbilical cord stem cells.
  • Knowledge of embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) is a plus..
  • Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qRT-PCR, Western blotting, immunostaining and FACS analysis is required
  • Strong background in cell culturing signaling, growth and differentiation pathways. Cell Culture image analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis using statistical software and bioinformatics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of scientific productivity.
  • Prior experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.
